No divisive political speeches with Hollywood folks espousing on their view of political correctness.  No lectures to the rest of the country.  They stuck to business … which in Hollywood is Show Business.  Seems to me it would be best to make movies/TV shows that entertain or stimulate thought … but Thank God there was no preaching last night.

I have no problem with the Rich folks in the entertainment industry (and it is an Industry) giving their millions to causes they believe in … but they lose me when they attempt to impose their views on prime time TV.  But all those drug company ads … what is it with that?

Noticed that most of the men were dressed in a uniform of white shirt, black bow tie and dark suit jacket … interesting – was that a suggested dress code? Anyway, congratulations to the organizers for putting on an interesting Show.  Just some thoughts from an old Bob living in San Francisco.
