Comments: Pope-start practicing what you all preach!!!!
Your "flock contact" people are rude, antagonstic, agressive, uncaring, beligerent, defensive, entrenched out of contact jerks!!!! Have you ever heard the successful management method of changing all management every 2 years???? Anything beyond this time frame results either in boredome & job committment abandoment or an entrenched belief that they are "GOD" & invincible!!!! If money is the problem you have an open treasury awaiting you if you set reasonable charges for the research. Genealogists & family members throughout the world would respond positively to a request for volunteers. Thousands of lives in the existing generations depend on contacting family members for medical information that can only be accessed by tracking down places of origin & names. I cannot believe that the heaven that my family believed in & that my covent schooling taught me about exists because if it did the members would be sending lightening bolts to earth at the present "guardanship"

Comments: Sorry!!! I really don't have anything to say about the Pope's recent visit to the US. However, I am trying to track down his e-mail address!!! A friend of mine is working on a celebration for St. Hedwig's Parish, a Polish parish in Barry's Bay, Ontario, CANADA. A cookbook is being compiled to celebrate the occassion. They are proud of their Polish Pope and would be delighted to get the Pope's favourite Polish recipe. I told them that I would try to locate him in cyberspace. Would you be kind enough to help. Many, many thanks, Sheila

Comments: Having seen the Pope in Manila, January of this year, the visit left me uninterested at first. But having seen the outpouring of love that the Americans themselves gave to the Holy Father I realized the importance of his visit. The Pope's message which centered on the state of migrants in the States has particular significance for someone like me who's an Asian studying in the States. The Holy Father although living thousands of miles away from the States somehow knows what's going on in the hearts and souls of the people he's visiting. That indeed is a sign that he is both intelligent and at the same time in touched with the Spirit. We pray for his health. And may he continue to inspire the young to dedicate their lives to Christ.

Comments: Does His Holiness know that priests and nuns in the Canadian province of Quebec are actively supporting the separitist side in the upcoming Quebec referendum? If he does not know, this note is to hopefully inform him. If, in fact, he does know, he should immediately and publickly call for a "cease and desist" order. I trust, followin a visit to Montreal in the 1980's, that His Holiness understands that Canada is the best country in the world, one where all citizens have the highest standard of living ever seen in the history of the planet. We acknowledge that we are not perfect and are in need of a reformation, but Canada does not enslave Quebec. Far from it, it nurtures Quebec.

These misguided clerics have heeded the siren song of the separatists, in particular, Lucien Bouchard. He promises that a sovereign Quebec will be a "magical place" and that social programs and standards of living will increase. These are bold lies...and he and his cronies know only too well that an independant Quebec will have much less wealth (and compassion) than a Quebec in Canada. Yet, for their own selfish purposes they have lied to all Quebeckers and have even persuaded these priests and nuns to support them. This, is wrong...wrong...wrong and it could sour relations between the "Rest of Canada" and the Church for years if not corrected.

I urge the reader of this message, in the name of God, to ask His Holiness to rectify this situation immediately. Our referendum is tomorrow and Canada has little time to spare.

Comments: I have been reassured through my reading of the Holy Father's visit to the United States and his homilies on a number of occasion by the close identity between the content of his message and the Scriptural sources that so clearly prompted the substance of his remarks. It is a reminder that every priest needs to acknowledge constantly in evaluating his own preaching of the Gospels.

Comments: Dear Most Holy father, An exceedingly warm and appreciative heart extends to Your Most Holy Eminence, a most resounding 'Dziekuje Bardzo' in appreciation for Blessing America with your recent visit. I know of no words which can sufficiently thank you for being the foundation on which an entire weekend of the 'VERY BEST in television programming' was constructed. My eyes were perpetually moist from heartfelt feelings of pure joy as I observed, and empathized with, the overwhelming multitude of gracious, heartfelt reactions to the 'LIFE , LOVE ,HOPE ,JOY ,PEACE and UNDERSTANDING' for Our World Civilization which You so eloquently, consistently and persistently radiate throughout the World Community. From the youngest to the most elderly, throughout what appeared to be a heterogeneity of masses, excluding no known definition of mandkind, I observed 'civilization-at-its-BEST'. You have provided us with yet another living example of how wonderful, lovely and meaningful life will be for ALL, when all of mandkind simply adopts a sincere Ecumenical spirit. My family and I express our sincerest appreciation for Your untiring dedication and devotion to God, and His entire Holy Family, and to ALL of His Creation. Once again I thank you ever so much for expending the time and effort to visit our great Country. My Family and I will always pray for Your Good Health, Happiness and Success as You continue to promote and develop an Ecumenicity throughout the Global Community for many years to come, into our second millennium, and for 'Sto Lat Ojcze Swiety Jan Pawle II' 'Badz Blogoslawiony, Boze i Papiezu Jan Pawle II, teraz i na wieki' 'Wszystkiego Najlepszego i Sto Lat'

Comments: I watched the papal visit primarily on wabc on my satalite dish the services remined me of these verses

[Rev 5:8] When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones.

[Rev 8:4] The smoke of the incense along with the prayers of the holy ones went up before God from the hand of the angel.

truely the prayers of the faithful family the holy ones were delivered this day
