The SWC, SPLC and the ADL get uncritical quotes in the press and are well endowed. Their agendas are unclear - while they represent themselves as being against "hate", their objectives toward setting up censorship mechanisms on the net are less clear. None of these organizations has an especially strong commitment toward free speech nor are they very responsive to questions put to them.
